To give you the highest quality at more-than reasonable prices, I have partnered with some of the most talented craftsmen and artisans from all over the world. Regular consumers do not have access to our global partners so we want to pass significant savings to you.
Because we want to give you as much value as possible, some of our products are shipped directly from our global partners.
Processing of orders will be within 2-3 business days.
For items shipped to the US, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery, from the date you placed your order. For International Orders, please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery, from the date you placed your order.
For all of our items, our global partners do not provide tracking numbers to us, but your purchase is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please let us know if you do not receive your item(s) from us within the time-frame mentioned and we will take prompt care of you. Promise!

- We ship from different sweat-free factories all around the world. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately if you order more than one item.
- DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OVERSEAS?
- We sure do! We proudly ship worldwide to 239 countries!!
- HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
- If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
- IT'S BEEN OVER 8+ WEEKS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?
- Please contact us and I will promptly take care whether it's a refund or a replacement.
- I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
- We ship from different parts of the world so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.
- WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS?
- Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order conformation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
- I ENTERED MY ADDRESS WRONG! CAN YOU PLEASE CHANGE IT?
- Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours we can change your order once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully at checkout.
- I ACCIDENTALLY REQUESTED MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS:
- Please note, for orders shipped to the wrong address due to an inputting error when the order was placed and for missed parcels, the customer must cover the cost of ordering replacement items so please be very careful when entering the shipping address. We are also not responsible for failed deliveries due to the addressee not being home during the time of delivery.
